Modification of personal data
In your customer account, under the menu option "My personal information", you have the possibility to change your name, e-mail address, password and date of birth.
After making the changes, click on "Submit" to confirm the changes.

Favorite products
Favorites allows you to save glasses and products that interest you.
Once products are placed in the favorites list, you can easily delete them or move them to your shopping cart to place an order.
Using favorites requires you to create a customer account to allow us to remember your selection.

Delete my customer account
If you want your customer account to be completely deleted with all the data it contains, you must send us a request by email or by using our contact form.
Please note that if you have already placed an order, we will be required to keep the billing information for that order, which is necessary for our accounting and for any administrative control.

How to change the password
To change your password, simply go to your customer account, and you can enter a new password in the "Personal Information" section.

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the anonymization of personal data stored on the site. Please note that this process is irreversible and cannot be undone. We recommend that you first request the download of stored personal data and request anonymization after analyzing this data.
This feature is available in your customer account under the name "Delete my data".
