Track my order
Preparation in progress, shipment of the package, you are informed in real time by e-mail of the progress of your order.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link allowing you to follow the delivery.
If your order is sent by DPD : https://www.dpd.com/fr/en/receiving-parcels/
If your order is sent by DHL : https://www.dhl.com/gb-en/home.html
Note: the tracking number will only be active when the carrier has taken charge of the package.

Place a order

Create your account if this is your first visit by clicking on the "Account" icon or enter your login informations.

Choose your items, select the size if necessary, and click on "Add to cart".

Once your selection of items is complete, return to the "Cart" icon to finalize your order.

Choose the delivery that best suits you.

Select your means of payment (credit card, PayPal or other).

If applicable, indicate your promotion voucher at the validation stage of your order.

Check your order information and confirm it.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your order in a few minutes

Modify the order before sending
You wish to modify informations of your order (product reference, delivery address, ...) after it has been validated?

Withdrawal period
The legal withdrawal period for online sales is 15 days: we have extended this period to 30 days to make your life easier.
This 30-day post-receipt period allows you to return the order within 30 days of receiving it.
It does not apply as long as the order is in transit, even in the event of a carrier investigation.

No confirmation email
If you have not received any email confirming the validation of your order or the preparation and shipment of it, you can carry out the following checks:
- Check your "Junk mail" folder in your mailbox
- Log into your account and verify the email address you provided to register on Visiofactory.
- Look in the "My orders" section of your customer account to see if it has been registered.
If, despite everything, you cannot find the confirmation email, we invite you to contact our customer service by using the contact form.

Shipping time
We are open Monday through Friday. If you place an order on a working day before 12:00 a.m., your order will be prepared and shipped the same day.
On the other hand, for any order placed between Friday 12 a.m. and Sunday evening midnight, your order will be shipped on Monday.

Order not received
First, check your order tracking, and click on the order concerned. Double check that it has not already been delivered or presented, and make sure that the delivery location corresponds to the one you had chosen.
If you detect an anomaly, and if the delivery date has passed, we invite you to contact our customer service via the contact form.

Delivery time
All products that you can order are available and can be shipped immediately. See the "Shipping time" section for more informations.
The delivery time depends on the carrier you have chosen and the destination.

Possible types of delivery
We offer several delivery methods, which depend on the country of destination. You can select the carrier of your choice when confirming your order, after confirming your basket. Here is the detail of the shipping costs by country.

Cancel an order
It is not always possible for us to cancel an order if it has already been prepared and sent to one of our carriers. For any cancellation request, contact us by email or by using our contact form.
